SID Aerial File Error with TK11 Viewer Sample and ttkMrSID95.dll

I am receiving an error while attempting to view a SID aerial file in the demo viewer. I first ran into the same error transitioning our previous working code to view SID's in our software, and it is the same error. I attempted a different SID file download and still the same error:

"0031 Error during reading file "ttkMrSID95.dll" (code 0)"

Demo version that I attempted this in:
...\Samples\VCL\Delphi\Viewer\ttkGisViewer.exe

My current TatukGIS version is:
TatukGIS_DK.Delphi.RX10.3_11.28.0.18270

My SID file was the Wayne County 2010 file downloaded from:
http://aerialimagery.semcog.org/

The SID file loads correctly without error in the TatukGIS Viewer 5.4.1.705.

Any help would be appreciated!
