North up vs. Head up display

Question
Klaus asked on January 26, 2018, keyword: Developer Kernel
when using GPS a display of head up instead of north up is often necessary. The rotation example in set4 shows how to rotate a map. But how to calculate between screen coordinates and real world coordinates? Or how to project real world coordinates to the rotated map?

Please use

ptg = GIS.ScreenToMap( screen_point ) ;

// ptg is in rotated coordinate system

ptg := GIS.UnrotatedPoint( ptg )
