What files are needed to deploy a program created with Developer Kernel?

I believe, that you ask about DK for Delphi (Desktop)

So just copy the executable file (and maybe .bpl files if you use them). Only if you use some third-party libraries like GDAL then you should also copy related files form Deployment folder of the Developer Kernel installation. Just be careful to copy 32 or 64 bit version to the same folder as your .exe file, according to your compilation.

DF for .NET can run 32- and 64-bit  from the same executable. Therefore Deployment libraries should be copied to x32 or x66 subfolders of the .exe file location.

For an easy way to create setup app I recommend InnoSetup.
