  1. On a mobile platform only SQLite is supported
  2. Use our Editor (or any2sql sample) to convert yur layer to SQLite
  3. See http://docs.tatukgis.com/DK11/doku.php?id=guides:migration FMX Mobile Specific for comments about SQLite deploying

uses GisLayerSqlSqlite, System.ioutils;
////
var
  ttkLayer: TGIS_LayerSqlSqlite;
begin
  ttkLayer := TGIS_LayerSqlSqlite.Create;
  ttkLayer.SQLParameter['Dialect'] := 'SQLITE';
  ttkLayer.SQLParameter['ENGINEOPTIONS'] := '16';
  ttkLayer.SQLParameter['Layer'] := 'lwaters';
  ttkLayer.SQLParameter['Storage'] := 'Native';

{$IFDEF Android}
  ttkLayer.SQLParameter['Sqlite'] := TPath.GetDocumentsPath + PathDelim +
    'gistest.db';
  ttkLayer.SQLParameter['MobileVersion'] := 'True';
{$ENDIF}
  ttkViewer.Add(ttkLayer);
  ttkViewer.FullExtent;
end;

Why not use the Editor to setup the data for your mobile app? The Editor can export to sqlite for mobile and then you use out-of-the-box functionality.
