1. The TatukGIS Editor and free Viewer products support reading (opening) GeoPDF files.
2. To open a GeoPDF file with the Developer Kernel, the GDAL library must be deployed.

Note that PDF content is rendered as a bitmap and a whole file is interpreted as a single layer.
