Who collects your data

Your personal data is collected by TatukGIS sp. z .o.o., Plac Kaszubski 8/105, Poland (TatukGIS", "we")

We collect personal data to license our software products including trial and freeware versions, to market our products and services, to provide related services such as support to our customers and evaluators, and to allow our users to contribute content such as comments, forum posts etc. ("Service")
Providing personal data is optional but is required to use our Service.
We collect personal data based on a given consent upon registration process.

Our Service is not dedicated to the consumer market.
However, we collect some personal data required to create an account, or to subscribe to a newsletter. This personally identifiable information, collected on your personal consent, may include:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
- Cookies and Usage Data
We may also collect information on how a web page is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Upon purchase, we may also collect additional information required for tax or bookkeeping purposes.
Providing false identity and/or contact information and downloading software will be considered a violation of the software license agreement.
TatukGIS maintains a register of issued licenses which contains your personal data.
In all other cases, providing data is voluntary.

We collect data only for our own use.
We do not resell data and we do not share your data for any purposes other than providing services for you.
We do not profile your activity.
We use your data:
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our web pages when you choose to do so,
- To provide customer support,
- To license products,
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service,
- To contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
- Upon registering, downloading, purchasing, or service expiration of our product, we may send a few automatic emails such as containing reminders, account confirmation, serial numbers, purchase invoice, or evaluator welcome messages.
- Upon purchase we can may contact you directly using email or phone to verify identity and lower fraud risk.
Cookies are used only to improve to or enhance web page functionality, user experience, and record login's. Cookies are not used for any tracking purposes.

If you have downloaded or purchased any of our products, after a request to delete we will keep your data for no more than 10 years, depending on mandatory law or to assert or defend against legal claims. Please be informed, however, that, following deletion, we will not be able to provide activation or any other actions related to a product you obtained before the deletion.
If, following registration, you have not downloaded or purchased any of our products, we will delete your data upon request or 5 years after your last login.

Upon posting comments, Q&A content, etc., on our web pages, a user-defined Alias will be used because such postings can be publicly visible. Please note that using an alias which discloses your identity is solely your decision.

TatukGIS aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
Whenever possible, you can update your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to change your Personal Data, please contact us to make the required changes.
If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold on you, and if you would like it to be removed from our systems, please contact us.
You have the right:
- To access and receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold on you
- To rectify any Personal Data held on you that is inaccurate
- To request the deletion of Personal Data held on you
You have the right to data portability for the information you provide to TatukGIS . You can request a copy of your Personal Data in a commonly used electronic format in order to manage and move it.
You have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers”) such as hosting services, bookkeeping services, etc.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may use service providers located outside the European Union, so your personal data may be transferred. However, in such cases we will use only providers which guarantee data protection compliant with European Union regulations.

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., credit card payment processors).
We will not collect or store your payment card details. This information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, e.g., eCard or Stripe. Refer to www.stripe.com for its personal data protection policy.

Our web pages may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third-party's site. We advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
