Embarcadero RAD Studio XE3 officially supported.

With the release of DK for VCL 10.6, TatukGIS officially supports Embarcadero RAD Studio (Delphi & C++ Builder) XE3. So currently, we support Delphi & C++Builder versions 2007, 2009, 2010, XE, XE2 and XE3.

Support for version 2007 will be discontinued soon. Generally we always support only the 5 most recent versions of Delphi.
