Happy New Year 2026

At TatukGIS, in 2025, we focused on delivering frequent, practical updates to make day-to-day GIS development work of our customers smoother, faster, and more reliable.

During the year, we shipped 12 release versions (v98 to v109) across Delphi, Python, Java, .NET, ASP.NET, and ActiveX, as well as of the desktop GIS Editor and Viewer, and published over 55 unstable versions for early adopters of new fixes and features.

Together, our releases delivered 701 fixes, improvements, and new features, including:

  • New layer properties dialog
  • Direct creation of georeferenced PDFs
  • Support for mobile application development with MAUI 
  • 64-bit designers for RAD Studio 13 Florence 
  • Improved layer support, including recent format variations and newly added capabilities (e.g., DXF ATTDEF) 
  • Support for recent drivers or third-party libraries (GDAL, SQLite, ASSIMP, etc.) 
  • Delphi Source Code Manager for easier updates and seamless switching between versions 
  • Unified trial and retail versions and simplified product activation
  • Performance optimizations across many parts of the codebase 
  • Free Developer Kernel for Python, available for everyone at https://pypi.org/project/tatukgis-pdk/ 
  • Publication of all samples on GitHub (https://github.com/TatukGIScom) 
  • Redesigned publicly available NuGet – direct sample access from GitHub for evaluators 
  • Redesigned website 
  • Additional customer-suggested improvements to better match their requirements

Alongside these releases, we made strong progress on major new functionality planned for 2026, including: 

  • Topology layer creation and editing, with full PostGIS and Oracle support 
  • Asynchronous operations 
  • New capabilities for building web applications 
  • AI Models integration
